*The button for switching the quality is displayed only when subscribing to the High Quality Plan.
* High-resolution is a proprietary format optimized for smartphones, and is generally equivalent to 1080p.
*Compatible with 4K.
■How to Subscribe
- Select
Account
- Select "High Quality Plan" under
Purchase/save
- Select 【Subscribe】 from the "High Quality Plan" section
- After confirming and checking the notes, select "Subscribe".
*After the contract is concluded, returns, cancellations, or changing the contents are not allowed.
*The next renewal date is shown on the payment completion screen.
■How to use the high-resolution mode
- Select a posting
- Select " Standard Quality ▼" at the bottom of the screen.
- Select " high resolution".
*If the posting is not compatible with high-resolution , the " high-resolution ▼" will not be displayed.
■How to Cancel
- Select
- Select "High Quality Plan" under
- Select 【Unsubscribe】 from the "Standard definition plan" section
- After confirming and checking the notes, select "Downgrade".
*If you cancel before the expiration date, you will immediately lose access to the high-resolution features.
*No pro-rated refunds will be made if you cancel before the expiration date.
*If you subscribe to the same plan after cancellation, you will be charged one month's fees again.
*The next renewal date is shown at the top of the downgrade screen.
*If you downgrade only the High Quality plan, the Creator's plan will not be cancelled.
If you do not wish to continue your Creator's Plan, please be sure to cancel it here.
Also, if you cancel your Creator's Plan, your High Quality Plan will not be automatically downgraded.
