The following possibilities are considered: *You are subscribed as a myfans Premium member (21,780 yen, 22,572 yen, or 23,760 yen). *The plan cancellation has not been completed. *You are subscribed to a plan using a different account. Due to the circumstances of the payment system company that we work with, there are cases where certain cards cannot be used, and this may be one of those cases. In this case, we are sorry to say that we will have to ask you to use another card. As for which credit cards (debit cards and prepaid cards) can or cannot be used, we cannot be involved in this matter at all, and we will ask you to use another card. Please understand that we are not in a position to give you detailed information about which credit cards (debit cards and prepaid cards) can and cannot be used, as this is entirely up to the credit card companies. Suspension is imposed primarily for violations of the Terms and Conditions and for fraud.
