For security purposes, myfans uses a phone number verification system.
Please verify your phone number before you make a payment.
*The same phone number cannot be used to verify across multiple accounts.
*Phone numbers starting with 050 cannot be used.
■How to verify
To verify by "Get by SMS"
*Code reception by voice call is currently not available.
- On the phone number verification screen, enter the phone number of your smartphone or cell phone and select "Get by SMS.
- An SMS with a verification code (6-digit number) will be sent to that phone number.
- Enter the verification code and press "Verify" to complete verification.
■If you cannot receive the verification code
The following are possible reasons why you may not have received a verification code by SMS.
- The cell phone number you entered is incorrect.
- You are not on an SMS plan ( low-cost SIM, incorrect settings, etc.)
- You have set your phone to reject SMS.
- The signal is not being received or is out of order (the SMS sending center is busy and it takes time for the SMS to be sent from the center to the device).
Please make sure that you have not set your carriers' anti-spam function not to receive SMS or to reject messages from anyone other than those registered in your contact list. Please make sure that you have set your phone to "Allow all phone numbers" or "Receive all".
The configuration differs depending on your carrier. Please refer to your carrier's help or user's manual for details.
■If your phone number has changed
You can verify again even if your phone number has changed by doing the following steps.
- Select
Account , then " Phone Number Verification", and press "Change Phone Number".
- Follow the same steps as the previous [To verify by "Get by SMS"].
■If an error occurs
In some cases, an error like the one shown in the attached image may occur.
