In addition, even if we fail to deliver an e-mail, we do not receive any notification that the e-mail was undeliverable, so we cannot know that the e-mail was undeliverable unless we receive an inquiry from the customer.
We have no way to solve this problem, and it is necessary for the customer to contact Microsoft to cancel the spam mail rejection, which may be a very complicated procedure.
If possible, please use a mail provider other than Microsoft and register with them.
