■How to cancel a creator's plan
- Select
Account
- Select "Current plan”
- Select "･･･" in the upper right corner of the plan you wish to cancel
- Select "このプランを解約する"（Meaning "Cancel this plan."）
- Select the reason for cancellation
- Check the confirmation boxes and select "Unsubscribe".
* If you cancel a plan, you will immediately lose access to the posts associated with the plan.
* No pro-rating or refunds will be accepted if you cancel your subscription in the middle of a subscription period. Please understand that.
* In principle, plans are automatically renewed. If you wish to cancel your subscription renewal, please cancel your plan manually by the day before the same day one month after the purchase date.
* Please note that the plan fee will be charged even if you re-subscribe to the same plan after canceling the plan. No refunds will be made in such cases.
Attention! If the previous month is a month ending on the 31st and the current month is a month ending only on the 30th, please cancel by the day before the 30th to allow enough time for the renewal date.
■How to Cancel the High Quality Plan
- Select
- Select "High quality plan" under
Purchase/save
- Select 【Unsubscribe】 from the "High Quality Plan" section
- After confirming the cancellation reason and notes, check the box and select "downgrade"
* If you cancel your subscription, you will immediately lose access to the benefits of the High Definition Plan.
* No pro-rated refunds will be made if you cancel before the expiration date.
* If you subscribe to the same plan after cancellation, you will be charged for one month again.
* The next renewal date is indicated at the top of the downgrade screen.
