Plan bundles (for users)

■Overview

A "bundle" lets you subscribe to 3, 6, or 12 months of a plan at once.

A bundle costs less than paying month by month, so it is recommended if you are considering a long-term subscription.
By purchasing long term, you can keep supporting your favourite creators at a better price.

※Bundles are configured by each creator, so they are not shown on plans that do not have a bundle configured.
When a bundle is configured, it appears as shown in the image below.

■How to purchase

  1. Select "Subscribe" on the plan you want
  2. Select the period you want
  3. Choose your payment method and review the other notes
  4. Press "Subscribe" to complete

※Bundles cannot be purchased with some payment methods.

※Payment is billed as a single lump sum covering the whole period.

If you subscribed before lump-sum billing was introduced, you will continue to be billed monthly until the end of your contract period, the same as a regular plan subscription.

■If you want to cancel partway through

Plans renew automatically. If you do not want your subscription to renew, please cancel the plan yourself by the day before the next renewal date.

If you cancel a bundled plan on or after 2025/11/14 19:10, you can still view posts until the contract period of the bundled plan ends, even after you have requested cancellation.

※Once cancellation is complete, it appears as shown in the image.

※Even after cancellation is complete, you cannot delete your account until the period you selected has ended.

  1. Select your account
  2. 「Subscribed plans」
  3. Select the "･･･" at the top right of the plan you want to cancel
  4. Select "Cancel this plan"
  5. Select a reason for cancelling
  6. Tick the confirmation items and select "Cancel"

■About payment

  • Payment is made as a single lump sum covering the whole period.

    • If you subscribed before lump-sum billing was introduced, you will be billed monthly until the end of your contract period.

      • With monthly billing, even if you cancel partway through the contract period, the monthly fee continues to apply until the period you selected ends.
        　Example: even if you cancel two months after subscribing to a 6-month plan, the monthly fee for the remaining four months still applies.

  • Unless you cancel the plan yourself, the same contract renews automatically immediately after the expiry date.

  • Even if you stop your subscription partway through, we do not provide pro-rata calculations or refunds. Thank you for your understanding.
