■Regarding the New AV Law

■Regarding Posts Featuring Co-stars

Regardless of the relationship (couple, spouse, family, friend, etc.), when making a post in which a performer other than yourself appears, the following steps must be completed between the creator and the co-star.

  1. Conclusion of a contract compliant with the New AV Law
  2. Verification of the co-star's identification
  3. Obtaining written consent regarding the appearance and the scope of publication

While submission of the above documents to myfans is not currently required, you are legally obligated to prepare and store them appropriately under your own responsibility. Please be fully aware of this.

■Request for Submission of Contracts

If we have any doubts about the content of a post, or if a report or inquiry is received, we may request that you submit the above documents.

If the required documents are not provided in response to a request, or if the submitted contract is deemed not to comply with the New AV Law, the following measures will be taken.

  • Deletion of all relevant posts
  • Withholding of sales
  • Account suspension

Contracts that do not comply with the New AV Law will not be recognized as valid even if formally submitted, so please be sure to use the prescribed template.

■A Request to Creators
