■Things to check or try
- Confirm if you have blocked the creator (please check here).
- Check if you are logged into another account
- Turn off Wi-Fi and browse using mobile data.
- Restart your device.
- Update your device's operating system to the latest version.
- Start in secret mode.
- Check if you can view it on another device.
In addition, if you configure your device (iPhone, Android, etc.) as described below, problems such as login failures and inability to play videos may be resolved.
■Clear Cache and Cookies
<iPhone>
- Select "Settings" from the home screen of your device.
- Choose "Safari".
- Select "Clear History and Website Data".
- A confirmation screen will appear. Choose "Clear History and Data" to delete the cache.
<Android Google Chrome>
- Tap the "More" icon at the top right of Google Chrome.
- Select "Settings".
- Choose "Privacy and Security".
- Tap "Clear Browsing Data".
- Choose the time range for the data you want to delete.
- Check "Cached Images and Files" and uncheck other options.
- Tap "Clear Data" at the bottom right to delete the cache.
■Disable "Prevent Cross-Site Tracking" Feature
*Only for safari users
In iOS 11 and later, the "Prevent Cross-Site Tracking" feature may be enabled by default.
When "Prevent Cross-Site Tracking" is enabled, cookies will not remain on Safari.
Please refer to the following steps to disable the "Prevent Cross-Site Tracking" feature before using it.
*Please note that changing the settings of the "Prevent Cross-Site Tracking" feature is your responsibility.

- Select "Settings" from the home screen of your device.
- Choose "Safari".
- If "Prevent Cross-Site Tracking" is green (enabled), tap the slider to turn it off (white).
■Disable "Block All Cookies" Feature
*Only for safari users
In iOS 11 and later, the "Block All Cookies" feature may be enabled by default.
When "Block All Cookies" is enabled, cookies will not remain on Safari.
Please refer to the following steps to disable the "Block All Cookies" feature before using it.
