■How to delete your account (cancel your membership)
- If you are not logged in, please log in here first.
- After logging in, please click here to enter the reason for cancellation of membership and other necessary information to complete the process.
■Cases in which accounts cannot be deleted
If applicable to any of the following, we will not be able to delete your account.
- Subscribing to a creator's plan (click here to see how to cancel).
- Subscribing to a High Quality Plan (Click here to see how to cancel the High Quality Plan)
- ( To the creators ) There are subscribers to a plan in operation (see next section for how to respond).
- ( To the creators ) There is still a transferable balance in your account (see next section for how to respond).
■To the creators
- Response to subscribers to a plan in operation
- Please allow about one month for all subscribing users to cancel their subscription, and tell them via DM that you would like them to cancel their subscription. (This is to say, "Please cancel your subscription by when I'm going to cancel my membership.")
- In order to prevent new subscribers from subscribing to the plan, subscription suspension should be set up to control the number of plan subscribers.
- Go to "Edit Account" and write "DD/MM Exit" next to your name.
- If there are still subscribers to a plan after one month has passed, please contact us.
*If you delete a plan, the postings associated with that plan will also be unlinked.
Please be aware that if you delete a paid plan, the postings associated with the deleted paid plan will be unlinked and may become free postings.
- Response to remaining sales balance
Please request a withdrawal and set the amount to 0 JPY. The transfer will be processed even after you cancel the membership.
Please note that requests for withdrawals of less than 10,000 JPY will not be accepted, and you will be asked to cancel the membership after the deduction has been processed by us.
■If you receive a contact email after canceling your membership
Emails that are ready to be sent before the cancellation process is completed cannot be stopped.
Also, there is a possibility that the cancellation process has not been completed successfully. Or you may have turned on notifications in another account.
In that case, please follow the above steps to cancel the membership again.
