Overview
If there is an outstanding payment that has not been completed, a popup notification will appear and certain features and actions will be temporarily restricted.
To remove these restrictions, you must either cancel the affected plan(s) or update your payment information and complete the payment again.
How to Resolve the Issue
Retry the Payment
Select “Proceed to the Payment Screen.”
Select “Update Payment Information Now.”
Please note that the restrictions will remain in place as long as any plan displays this message.
Be sure to retry the payment for all plans showing this notice.Update your payment information.
Select “Complete Payment.”
Important:
Even after updating your payment information, the payment may not be successfully processed.
If this occurs, please add a new payment method and try again.
If the payment cannot be completed after multiple attempts, we kindly ask that you proceed with canceling the plan.
Cancel the Plan
Select “Proceed to the Payment Screen.”
For any plan displaying “Update Payment Information Now,” select the “…” icon in the upper-right corner.
